Ambient background conversation

I noticed that in the Hunter's Hall in Bar Faroth in Yondershire, the ambient music also includes background conversation. Is there any ambient housing music that also has background conversation?

Thanks for the information. I have heard the conversation ambient sound in a couple of places in Yondershire and would have liked to use it to give my house more of a sense of business. Maybe one day.
