Having a second skirmish soldier

I have a warrior as my champs skirmish soldier and am thinking I would like to try a herbalist instead. Can I create a second alternate skirmish soldier and switch between the two? And if so how do I do this?

You can buy "role" or "trait" for herbalist and just use skirmish captain to adjust skills for your skirmish soldier. You have just one soldier, but you can change his build as many times as you want
