Let me start off by saying Hurin's various threads on how to fix this issue are very well-detailed and have probably solved some form of this issue for other users with little to no issue, however, I have tried everything he's suggested that I can find and none of it works.

It's pretty cut and dry; as the title says, any time I Alt + Tab the client freezes and stops responding. This problem persists in all window modes, and even if I change to the 32bit client. Additionally, the game detects my D3D12 drivers and hardware and prompts me to switch to running in D3D11. Doing so causes the client to freeze and stop responding immediately after world select. Below is from the crash log of the most recent time this has occured.

The only workaround I have that even lets me play the game is switching my graphics core to D3D9 and setting UserPreferences.ini to Read Only, then praying nothing puts the game in the background so I don't have to relaunch it. As far as specs are concerned:

3070ti, Driver 531.68
32 GB Ram

I've taken instances of note from the crashlog after I switch to D3D9 and Alt Tab to recreate the bug, as well as virtually everything at the bottom. This will probably show where I was reverting graphics changes to try to fix it that way, obviously with no luck. If anyone is able to figure out what's going on here it'd be greatly appreciated; I've spent a downright silly amount of time troubleshooting this, and quite frankly I'm getting tired of trying to install the redistributables in a way that makes this fix itself
