I found some info from Update 12, Helm's Deep - November 20, 2013 and it mentions that Mannequins having outfits made by LotRO fashion bloggers and Starry and The Starry Mantle are mentioned! I guess this means these sets were put in to be made available through Mannequins, but were all of these outfit sets really available at one time or another? Hymne of Cosmetic Lotro is also mentioned for having donated outfit designs and I found about 40 outfits sets through the Item Treasury plugin. Combining Starry's that's a little over 90 outfit sets!

That's really cool that the Mannequin outfits were designed by players! I'm only see sets by these two fashion bloggers, but were there others?
