Not horribly off, but off enough that things look odd. In addition to the slightly skewed layout, the collapse button in the corner (or kinda the top middle in this case...) does not function, which may be by design, but I figure it was worth mentioning!
Safari 3.1.1 (5525.18) for Leopard/OS X 10.5. I would guess that the Windows version also has the same symptoms.
