What is your favorite in-game title?
Are you currently using it?
Why did you choose that specific one?

Mine's "Protector Of Elven Values".
I currently use it, at least until something better comes up.
(seriously thinking of changing it to "Interceptor" but for now I'm keeping the current)

I chose this one because it represents everything I stand for in the game (well, almost everything).
It's cool, and has some sort of "legendary" feeling to it.. like the word "ranger" in LOTR lore.. for me that is

I don't display it, but I have always been very partial to "Slayer of Servants Four." I just like the sound of it.

I'm using the flying feathers title.(I forget exactly how it goes.) It's one of the titles you could get back in the day from chickenball. Oh chicken ball, what a great game.

I think it's Flying Feathers Champion. I have both titles from that game on one of my toons.

I also like 'Slayer of Servants Four' because it sounds cool. That and 'Protector of the Shire" are the only titles he's ever used.

I even had someone say I looked Scary in my armor once... I asked if I looked "Fearsome".

Herunarug Auledil, Exemplar of Song. Surprisingly, I've never seen any minstrel with this title besides myself.

Herugon LossDagnir, Wrath of Winter. Awesome title for my hunter who uses the full Forochel medium armor set for his outfit.

Herubaruk Auledagoram the Fearsome. Just a cool title for a guardian.

Herumegil Gaerchadh the Undying. This is my champ. I know, I'm kinda crazy because my only toon to have the undying title is a champ. I sometimes switch this out for Pie-Eating Champion, just because he's also a cook and leveled to 15 in the Shire. Only pie title he doesn't have is Pie Maven (which I am working on).

I want my Rune-keeper to have Servant of Process, but he only just got the quest and hasn't found a group for it yet.

My Warden I'm still tossing ideas around for, not sure what would be fitting, though I'm thinking of using my second account to get him a cool sounding "Son of" title.

"Servant of Process." I named a Dwarf "Logmathr" (Law-keeper) and am training to be a lawyer... it seemed appropriate.

My minstrel has "Doer of Great Deeds." Can't think of a better title out there.

My RK does have "Servant of Process" and my hunter got rid of "Protector of Elven Values" in favor of "Pie-Eating Champion." My captain has "Student of the Past," which I rather like because it fits in well with my RL career. I stopped doing ring-lore with him after a few go arounds so I could keep that title on one of my characters (I think that was the second tier title, and previous titles were wiped out with subsequent turn-ins). Haven't seen anyone else with it since.

Ingelion, Torch-bearer is the one I have up right now -- it's from Uru, so it's pretty rare these days. I don't think I've seen anyone else with it up!

Ioruilas Clearfall the Defiant also just has a nice ring to it.

My champ for a while used the investigator title from FG.

Went something like:

High Warden Kantar Femalebody, Investigator.

or infiltrator.

I display Bearer of Hope on my minstrel. In part that is because of her role, but also because it reminds me of the backstory and makes the title feel a little, well, epic.

I still like Pie Eating Champion. It’s one of the easiest titles to get but I also find it one of the most fun. My hunter has it displayed now to go along with his pumpkin head mask.

I also like pun titles. So Pork-Chopper and Well Traveled are a couple I display from time to time.

Some titles I like using are character/craft specific. For example, a couple I like using for my scholar are Student of the past and Keeper of Mysteries.

And some title I use just because I’m in the mood at the time, such as the Indomitable, the Unwise, the Beloved and the Naughty.

Titles are one of the things Turbine does very well. There’s something out there for everyone.
