As the post says only my alts in the iron token range are showing up as enterable in the token lottery. I can go screen by screen on the character sheets and enter my others, but the select all available does not show any others!

This is because the lotteries start and end at different time. You can only enter a lottery that is currently running from the 'enter all' button. You can enter any lottery, even one that has not started yet, from each individual character page.
