When looking at the VIP/Premium/Free Player chart, I saw that premium and free players had limited chat, while VIP have unlimited.
What does limited mean?

I'm pretty sure they will be experimenting with the restrictions - primarily to eliminate gold spamming. And to a lesser extent, to encourage folks to upgrade (ie, pay).

For one, only one tell per 5 seconds. I don't know what else. Maybe only one post to the chat server every 5 seconds?

Aww, I'd love to see new RPers come from F2P. And one of the first ways to RP is in /say. I hope the 'limited chat' mostly has to do with 1) tells, 2) private chat channels. And even private channels I wouldn't mind seeing F2Pers in.

Five second limit. Especially if they can use the regional channels. Not going to have any affect on a gold ad agent. All they really need is one message ever 30 seconds or a minute.
