no Character or friends in list

i don't know when this happend but it was after the f2p launch becasue after i still had friends and characters on the character sheet but when i loged in today to sign up for lotterys. i have no friends on my list i have deleted the widget and readded it. i have the same problem with the character widget. someone from turbine please help. also when the forums were upgraded did post counts get wiped out? becasue before i had like 50 or 60 posts now it says i only have 6 posts.

Looks like you have multiple subscriptions. When you are logged in as 'sanbr', look at the top of the page where it says "Logged in as sanbr". You'll see a drop-down arrow; mouse over the arrow. You'll see an option to switch to your 'san-br' subscription; this one has all your friends, characters, etc.

thank you! sanbr without the dash is from closed beta back in 2006. i don't know how that profile came back. becasue i don't get any option to use that in the launcher. is there any way to make san-br with the dash the default?
