Still Have Deleted Characters Showing Up in my.lotro/ lottery

I've submitted bugs for this in the past, but the problem still persists.Two characters that I deleted over a year ago are still showing up. I'm posting this in the Lottery section because they also show up in the lottery widget. So I can't just 'Select All' because these deleted characters are still sitting there.

Ditto. One I deleted over a year ago is still on the lottery entry rolls. She is apparently tied to the existing character of the same name somehow in MyLotro and just won't go away. I do the check all to enter lotteries, then go uncheck everything for the level 13 character, and yes, it is... inconvenient once, and very annoying on a daily basis.

I also have the same problem with a character that I deleted over 1 year ago and did not reuse that name with any of my other characters.

Same here. So for me or anyone like me 'Select All' is useless in the lottery.

And evidently... many of the published 'wins' are bogus as well.

I wanted the level 20 title so I deleted a toon at level 10 and recreated the character. Now I have the level 22 toon and its dead level 10 counterpart on the lottery list. Add to that, the festival lotteries have been including my creeps. I'm not sure even what server some of them are on. Oddly, its not all my creeps. and if I dont hand de-select the never used, duplicate, or creep toons I get errors. Makes using the "Select All" button inconvenient. I'm sure it amuses someone that labor saving devices create extra labor... but I'm lazy and I want to be pampered! (peel me a grape?)

This is a long standing issue with my.lotro.com. Because the lottery pulls from what my.lotro says you have, it picks up the deleted characters as well. The only way to address this is to manually deselect those characters from the lotteries if you are using the select all option.
