When will the gifts be granted?
The gifts will be granted to your account at the beginning of our anniversary celebration in-game on April 17th, 2012. These will be based on the status of your account* as of 11:59PM DST on April 15th.

Can I upgrade to premium or VIP to become eligible for gifts?
Absolutely! There’s still plenty of time to upgrade. Simply become a VIP or make your first point purchase in the LOTRO Store to earn Premium status before 11:59PM DST on April 15th to earn additional anniversary gifts. Click here to learn more about the benefits of becoming a VIP.

I’m a European player who migrated from Codemasters last summer. Will I get anniversary gifts, too?
Yes! We have all the information we need to ensure that even migrated players will receive the appropriate gifts based on their eligible account age and status.

I have multiple LOTRO accounts on my master account. What happens to me?
Each individual eligible account will have the appropriate gifts applied to it.

Absolutely. All eligible accounts will receive their respective gifts even if the accounts have been inactive.

Do I have to log in to the game during the festival to receive my gifts?
No. Even if you are unable to log in during the anniversary festival, you will still receive your gifts upon your next login. We think you’ll want to join us for the festival though – it’s going to be quite a party!

How do I receive my gifts?
Your gifts will appear automatically in your inventory upon login, provided there are enough open spaces available. If you did not have enough spaces, the remaining gifts will appear upon the next login when enough spaces are open. Eligible players will have their new portrait frame automatically applied to your characters upon login.

At current, I am not, but I was a VIP for from mid 2008 until January of this year. I dont care if they dont care, Im not going to be screwed over.

According to the website, you need to VIP at the time of the event to receive the "gifts".

Once you have been a VIP for any length of time it is impossible to revert to a "free" player. You are a premium player. Free players are those players who have never been a VIP nor purchased Turbine points. As the page shows, the items are for Premium and VIP players, which you are.

My main Creep account is 2.5 years old

If I have an Elite Sig (Rank 11) will the 2 year Portrait be less cool , equal, or better?

(Turbine's concept of "rewards" can be a little off sometimes)

Edit: Maybe an option to turn off/on Anniv Portraits?

Kelsan did a good job overhauling the class, imo. Does it still need a few tweaks here and there? Yea, i would say so but overall Warleaders are in decent shape . Much better than they were before RoI.

Aren't their still moments when the WL literally has no heals to offer...because they are all on CD?

Absolutely. Very frustrating to watch grp/raid members die because of this too. Addressing this would fall under "tweaks" though. A good solution to this problem would be decreasing the cd of our grp heal(10 sec) while in Commanders stance ,obviously.

mm not really. Its only our lack luster heal rotation that needs a look at. Other than the obvious WL bug, we are in a pretty alright spot. Few tweaks here and there would be nice no doubt.

ANYWAY, back on topic. Any confirmation whether the frames are able to be toggled and/or are they only temporary?

And are the frames the same both creep and freep alike?

So did wargs. A bigger one too.

Creeps still die in seconds. Creeps still do low damage (except wargs and some BA's). Minstrels are still overpowered. Champions are still overpowered. Burglars are still overpowered. Guardians still look at our damage dealt on them and laugh.

So yes, instead of devs focusing on worthless items, I would like them to buff creep classes so I can PvP on this game a bit before Guild Wars 2.

All frames are switchable at will, they don't go away. So if you've got all 5 of the frames (1 for each year) and your basic, you can switch between them all. Just right click your character portrain and choose the one you want. They stay until you change them back.

They are poop because our heals remain unscaled, we are still using common damage and some of our skills (purge for one) function improperly.

We could also use some new animations, imo.

Nice...so I can toy with the expectations of PUGs!

Sometimes I just want to relax and eat a sandwich, I can't *always* be as elite as the 5-year portrait would suggest I should be.
