Banned players with new accounts.

I recently sent a ticket ingame asking why perma banned players could openly flaunt the fact they have been perma banned, and nothing happen. or bans in general, why are people allowed to openly mock the punishment system?

If someone has been banned for a serious offence, they should never be allowed to play again. not just make a new account and everything forgotten about by the gm's. with today's technology im sure you can just ban I.P's or something similar. ( not to tech savvy)

The reason for the post in the forums is a never received a response.

I may also add. this is not a post about one particular player, just banned players as a whole.

You received no reply because we do not discuss disciplinary actions with other players. We will only discussion a disciplinary action with the owner of the account that has had such action taken against it.
