I just downloaded a HUGE patch. I see no reference to it in the launcher. I tried finding it in the forums and in the lorebook. The site search engine gives no result to either "patch notes" or "Update" so it's pretty much useless. There are no official threads that have the patches and notes listed in them. I finally had to google it and find the notes on an outside site.
It should NEVER, EVER be difficult for any paying (or froob) member to have that much difficulty finding something like patch notes on the official web site. This is rediculous. What is it Turbine is trying to hide, and why? They must be trying to hide something.

Patch notes still live where they always have. In the Lorebook under Game Updates.
You can find a full list, dating back to June of 2007, on this page. New updates are added under the correct letter, so in recent cases "U" for Update (far right side of the page) and at the bottom as all are chronological.
