Anyone able to access the Terms and Conditions link as it seems to be broken for me? I'm particularly interested on whether there are any geographic restrictions to enter this.

I get 403 Forbidden error messages for both of those links.
I tried using Firefox and Chrome, and deleted my cookies as someone else suggested. No luck.

There are, unfortunately, geographic restrictions on this contest due to the physical prize. This particular contest is for US users only.
