Reviler's Gilded Mount WS appearance Traits

#1. Does the store purchase include these WS appearance traits?
#2. If so, is there any difference between the package we can get from the envelope quest and this one?
#3. If not, could these have their dye channels enabled?

I purchased the Cosmetics account wide in the past, and am considering purchasing the mount this year. It'd need to be dyeable at the very least to be worth the investment.

I was on the verge of buying this set until I saw this comment. Now I don't want it. -.- I guess it's back to the envelopes with me... I'm a big fan of war-steed cosmetics, but very disappointed at how few of them are available. I have 9 toons. I'd like this set on all of them. I bet the chances of getting them from the envelopes for all 9 toons is pretty slim.

:/ Rats. That's what I was afraid of, since the warband cosmetics are also bound. Its a bit frustrating and disappointing to kill warbands trying to get one cosmetic and you keep getting the other one that you already have and you can't even share them with your alts...

I'd have to agree that the warsteed cosmetics from warbands need to either a) be account bound, or b) never drop again for a character that has already equipped one. Sure, they sell for 625s to vendors... but who cares? I have no problem making money in the game, and I'll throw them on the ground (like the idiot yard rags) before I'll ride out of my way to sell them.

This is the first mount where the store purchase hasn't granted the WS appearance where an equivalent one exists.

So far I got it with 7 out of 10 chars, 3 to go, only one is important, only one char used the horseshoe btw, only 3 actually have war steeds.

Sure, it cost me a 100 mithril coins, but I have more than 2300 from the past years so I thought "what the heck, why not?"
I won't spend as many at the next festivals for sure, after all it's not even halfway over.

Yes, I also was able to get the cosmetics on all my 9 toons as well. Took a lot of grinding, though, as you said. While I was at it I got several toast emotes as well, so I decided to keep grinding to get the emote for all my toons, though I'll take it at a slower pace. The cosmetics is all I really wanted.

At a standard pace without resetting the quest at all, I think the chances of getting the cosmetics on all 9 toons would be nonexistent. -.- One thing a lot of people disliked about the Yuletide festival is that some quests previously could be repeated for free after a short amount of time (5m or something akin to that). Now not even if you accidentally failed the quest, it automatically pushed quest cd to the next day. So if you were unlucky enough not to finish the food eating contest or snowball fight, then you were flat out of luck for that day.

One thing I like about the anniversary event is that it wasn't done that way for the beer brawling and the envelope quests (possibly other quests, but to be honest I didn't spend any time working on the other dailies, because they rewarded nothing that I wanted; by the time I finished doing the beer brawling deeds on all my toons, I had plenty of tokens). A round of brawling starts every 9 minutes (quest becomes available, 3 minute wait, brawling begins, 3 minutes of brawling, quest ends, 3 minute wait, rinse and repeat) and can be repeated immediately without having to pay MC. The envelope quest is a daily, but if its failed/removed from the quest log, it receives the standard (ie: the same as regular landscape quests) cool-down before you can retake it. That is really nice if someone accidentally or purposefully removes it. I really disliked how the Yule festival would set the cooldown to the next day if you accidentally failed the quest. Given how short the festivals are lasting these days (2 weeks or so), if you accidentally fail or miss a day, its hard to fit it all in before the festival ends. I really disliked how restrictive the Yule festival was. Unless its not meant to work this way (in which case I'd be disappointed), I'm liking how the Anniversary event has been run a lot better.

May I ask why? Every other offer of exclusive mounts seems to have an option for this.

I purchased the account wide horse/clothing bundle and it just seems that the warsteed appearance should *must* be included in this.

Please, can you give an explanation as to why its excluded?

I don't know exactly why, but it is priced cheaper than the ones that include both. For most Store steeds, a horse plus war-steed appearance costs 1995 TP for a single character. With the Reveler's Gilded Mount, it's only 1295 if you get it for a single character. Then they're offering it account-wide (as we've long been begging them to do for all the steeds) for the same price that other steeds are sold individually. I for one, am delighted with that deal (though I wish it were for a horse I liked better). And with the matching war-steed appearance available for free in-game, I'm a bit surprised anyone would find fault with it.
