Question about the updated lottery issues

I read the part about character transfers & them not getting there winnings. In the past my characters that have transferred showed up under the server they went too & I did get my lottery winnings. My question is has this changed now? Does this mean any characters I transferred will no longer be able to join the lottery? If that's the case I am gonna be peeved because my level 70 character was a transfer. I just got her to 70 today & was so excited for entering her in the upcoming lotteries for that level.

As the note says if your character is showing up on the WRONG server (the one they transferred FROM) they will not receive the winnings. They aren't there to get them.

Ok I interpreted it wrong. Mine show up on the right server.
