Does the Riders of Rohan expansion include instances?

I'm looking at buying the Riders of Rohan Base Edition expansion as part of the 50% off black Friday deal. Could you please indicate if this expansion includes any instance clusters and whether or not it would increases the level of my skirmish soldier.
