How Long Does It Take for the Sam Gamgee Pack Purchase to Show on Account and Ingame?

I just purchased this for one of my accounts. Got the confirmation email, but the account itself has not been updated ingame or on my account page.

How long does this take? I was very careful to log into the correct account when ordering it. And the email receipt shows that account as well.

Edit - It did finally update in my account. I am wondering though, why just 1 extra slot when put to Premium? When I used an SC code on another account after RoR came out, I got 2 slots. Does this mean using a card code will give me 2 more slots, totaling 5?

Delivery times can sometimes be affected by volume. If you're logged into the game while purchasing, you'll need to log out, shut down the game, re-start and log back in. This will typically correct any syncs your account has to make for most recent information, including recent account upgrades.
