Email notification of Private messages broken?

Are the email notification of Private Messages broken?

They did work when the new Forums were first brought on-line, but I no longer get email notifications.

Similarly, if I am logged in and posting when I receive a new Private Message -- I get a pop-up that one has arrived.
However, if I am NOT logged in... I don't get any notification when I do log-in.

Does this need to be bugged/ticked or is it a "known issue."

Double check your mail settings. It does seem that they have reset themselves for some people (myself included).

To confirm this, mine was reset as well. I just changed it.
