XP Disabler - Price adjustment

A few moments ago we dropped the price of the Experience Disabler item from 495 tp to 100 tp.

A huge "Thank you!" from this slow-leveller! This change in price is much appreciated as it will make it much easier for me to start and try out new characters.

I especially appreciate that this seems to be a permanent change rather than a temporary sale. 100TP is much more affordable for many people than 495TP were.

Yes, it does. No leveling XP at all when equipped. I have had characters sit in single did gets away from the next level for months and nothing showed up to put them into the next level.

oh ok normally i wouldn't care just trying to get one of my characters to stick around a friends lvl and wanna do crafting without xp

It would be awesome if this were converted to a skill, but I realize that would take some amount of coding. In lieu of that, two suggestions for improvement: Is there any chance that you can make these account bound, even after equipping? (Like the Universal Toolkit) Currently they are only account bound until they are equipped, at which point they become Bound (to character). Or perhaps offer an account-wide version, so each new character you create can get one? (like pre-order horses). Please?

I run a small static leveling kinship, and this makes it much easier for new folks to try out our playstyle. Thanks for the adjustment, Turbine. Nice to see our play style is supported!

The next fix I would suggest for XP-disabled quality of life is looking at balancing instances in the 65 - 85 range for T2, there are many threads on specific problems with bosses & mechanics detailed elsewhere.
