    [@Frelorn & Jinjaah] A thank you...

    Frelorn and Jinjaah,

A sincere thank you for today's Livestream on twitch. It was very informative and the responses seemed honest and to-the-point. You both tackled player's questions head on as best as you were able. Honest and direct communication is what I think a lot of us have been hoping for and it was greatly appreciated with today's stream.

It was also reassuring to hear that feedback on the Bullroarer forums is being monitored closely and taken seriously.

Here's to hoping for a renewed spirit of openness and collaboration moving forward.

Well done and thank you again!

It was a good session. Very informative, and it looks like our worst fears about imbuing will not come true.

If only we'd had this sort of feedback and engagement during HD beta. Good to see the response to feedback on the imbuement system in beta.

Agreed. On this evidence, engagement better than much of 2014 and 2013; the crux now moves to the difference between engagement with and recognition of issues and the power, resource or ability to change them.

    Yes, thank you.

Specifically for addressing questions even when you knew you did not have a direct answer to them, or when the answer might not make everyone happy. You were willing to discuss our potpourri questions and did your best to both support the company and reassure players. A difficult balance to strike.

Agreed with the OP - the candour was refreshing, and it was great to see you directly addressing player's concerns, and it is clear to see that, despite what seems to be a tremendous workload, Jinjaah is still able to be aware of many of the pressing issues about particular classes and particular legacies - so thank you!

Frelorn, would you mind adding this livestream to Youtube? It's a good one to keep

I'd like to add my thanks, it's given me some confidence after the initial disappointments.

There was mention of the "new team", there'll be plenty of names we are familiar with but how about an introduction to the rest? If they are happy to peek out above the parapet?

Thumbs up Best LOTRO twitch ever

Thank you both very much for your clear and forthright answers to the serious questions. It was great question selection by Frelorn. Jinjaah, based on your answers, clearly you have been reading the beta feedback. I am so glad you all aren't rushing this and have allowed more time for testing and respoding to our concerns than many of us cynics had anticipated. So ./cheers to all involved.

And the minstrel sang to them……”and they passed in thought out to regions where pain and delight flow together and tears are the very wine of blessedness.”
