http (vs https) LotRO forums are down - Dev Tracker link affected, etc.

Just an FYI that the forums are down if accessed from http rather than https.

This is affecting links such as those to the dev tracker (which can be made to work if you put https in manually).

In the morning rush so can't test/investigate further.

We were able to trace this to a load balancer issue, and have corrected it. LOTRO.com and the forums should now be fixed.

I'd consider this a good thing. Maybe append the "s" in the link for those who do not automatically connect through https.

Are. . . are you sending your credentials to the Dev Tracker?

Why, the credentials are meant to be sent to the forum page login; what are you trying to imply? I don't get it.

My browser is set up by default to connect via https; and would even issue a warning if that is not possible. In fact, because of this I didn't even notice that something was amiss, until I found this thread.

Thanks to Cordovan for the fast reaction, and please convey it to the admin who fixed it, too.
