Legacy bundle question

So, being a new player, I am a little confused about the current legacy bundle. It seems you get all the quest packs in the game, but not the base expansions themselves? Is that true?

So if I buy the legacy bundle, I still have to go and buy each of the expansions as well?

The Legacy Bundle provides expansion Quests, Instances, Raids, and Deeds. It does not provide the other bonus items you get when purchasing an expansion.

Basically you will get all you need except items that are expansion exclusive. Each expansion came with some fluff, so that would be for example, exclusive title, cosmetics, mounts, character slot, etc. Nothing too important really so no, you won't need to buy expansions again
