Stat Tomes broken

Just in case nobody mentioned it here for SSG to see:

Fixed an issue with Rank 1 stat tomes that allowed the items to be used even after a higher rank of the stat had been acquired.

That's from patch notes. I think they broke something with it because all stat tomes seem to do nothing anymore as removing all virtues/gear you have like 50-60 each stat even if you have rank 20 tomes on them.

You are correct. The issue with ranks 2 - 20 not properly applying in many cases has been fixed for tomorrow's patch. Thank you for the note, and to everyone who filed a bug report and mentioned it in other threads, bringing it to our attention so quickly.

But will they be scaled up to match the stat bloat that has happened over the last 2 years? Even at max rank, Stat tomes have been really lackluster.

Thank you for fixing this and the other bugs in game when the team knows about it. I do try and send in reports when I find something is not working.
