How do you retrive / transfer your level 50 from Bombadil

I recently leveled a level 50 on bombadil server. I thought you were going to be allowed to transfer these to your home server? Anyone shed some light on how to do this or if it is possible?

Yes, in the near future we will be enabling free transfers from Bombadil to the non-Legendary server of your choice. Currently, all world transfers are disabled. We expect to re-enable them in the near future.

Should we also expect transfers from closed worlds to be re-enabled "in the near future™"? They have been down for almost a year now, and there have been so many returning players over the last few months wanting to get their old characters back....

It feels like "the near future" is becoming a kind of Black Hole in space and time....all our hopes and dreams get sucked in...and nothing ever comes back out!

ooof. I hear you. I was on a roll with the champion I finally started (on Bombadil)...she was primed and ready to go on my home world, midsummer frame done, stat tomes done, writs purchased so she could buy a new Rohan house ..and....and...pause. Long pause. I do hope we can retrieve the toons we worked on soon Momentum has definitely faded.
