We are currently investigating and working to resolve an issue preventing some players from launching the game using the 64 bit game client. The issue can be corrected by downloading and installing the latest supported Visual C++ redistributable package for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, and 2019. Players can also resolve this issue by switching over to the 32 bit game client, which can be done from the game launcher by selecting the down arrow, then select Options, select General, and then select the 32 bit version of the game client.

We are doing work as quickly as we can to correct this issue, but in the meantime, if you run into an issue and don't want to switch over to the 32 bit client, the fix above will work.
