Fix LOTRO Market

The LOTRO Market does not work. I am from Europe, when I reached Minas Morgul I wanted to buy it on the website, but it was not possible to complete the purchase, there was some error and a link to tech support. I had to buy LP and take MM in the Store (which is bad, because the in-game version does not contain everything that has Market version). Then, having reached the W3P, I also wanted to buy it on the website, but the same problem, a bug and a link to tech support. I again had to buy LP and take W3P in Store. "Gundabad" is coming out soon, I guess it will be unavailable right after in Store so I can't buy it and play it. Fix the LOTRO Market! Before the update, with the old market, there was no problem. I bought all the expansions on the website. Why did the Market update not improve it, but just broke it?
