Raiders in Mattugard bug?

For the quest "Raiders in Mattugard" you have to kill raid-leaders and their minions, and get weapons from them, all with in a certain area of the map.
When you finish doing that, it says to bring the weapons to the quest-giver NPC, but he doesn't do anything (still has a blue quest ring).
The quest description says "Lóssi can be found at Imrêkh-guthlu in Máttugard. You should bring the dwarf-made weapons to Lóssi." But Lossi still only has a blue ring and won't complete the quest.
The map area is still highlighted as if I still have to kill raiders, but that's completed.

Is this one of those quests where the NPC appears at a new location? If so the description shouldn't direct you to Imrekh-guthlu. If not, the quest is bugged.

The bug is that you need an extra weapon compared to what the quest log states, if you go and kill another one of the groups that should let you hand it in (thats how I finished it).

Yes, can confirm.
We've all had to kill one or 2 extra groups of raiders for the quest to activate. Basically, if you see the MC icon next to it, you can go turn it in.

Ok yes, checked the quest repeatedly as I killed additional raiders, and the quest requires 8 weapons, not 6.
