Apologies if this has been previously posted but I did try to search.
I used to have a magnifying glass icon on cosmetic items when I'd browse them via the LOTRO Store indicating that I could preview them on my character before purchase. That magnifying glass has been gone for weeks now. Is this intended, and will it ever be put back? I'd like to preview what I'm getting before I buy. Is there a new way to preview that I'm missing?

The preview function is not currently available due to a technical issue, and we are investigating how best to proceed with it.

I do not think (or know whether) it is complete, but each item does contain some pictures to give you an idea as to what it looks like.
The preview option is important though as you can change colors and such to see how it dyes, which a screenshot of course does not tell you.....Moved from Riddermark to Arkenstone on 9/29/2015!
