Troll Momentum not clearing.

Several trolls are un-stunnable. One of the DG skirmish encounters and the 3 quest trolls at Gathburgz all get momentum buffs that can't be cleared by normal methods.

Still killable. But just wondering if its a bug or WAI.

I noticed this but figured it was just a case of bosses being immune to stuns. The encounter in one of the DG skirmishes though (pretty sure it was breaching or assault, not battle in the tower), I triggered an FM stun on (with TTK) and it didn't clear the momentum.

Yea, I had STA stunned him on my champion with no luck.

That sounds like the skirmish encounter troll I am thinking of, which I believe was even stunnable (at least on solo, elite troll), it just did not clear the momentum buffs.

Conversely, the three named trolls in Gathburz to the NE (which are elite masters) are stun immune (most elite masters are) though a conjunction stun WILL clear the momentum buffs.

I have specifically noticed momentum not clearing with a stun on one of the special encounters in Assault on the Ringwraith's Lair. I can't remember the trolls name, but it was definitely in that skirmish and I've noticed it twice in the past week.

Kufrit used to clear momentum with stun/mez and now no longer does (continues stacking). He is then hitting for a HUGE amount, even when not critting. I can't imagine this is WAI, as the momentum corruptions used to clear on stun.

This goes for the big guy at the end of the Protectors of Thangulhad as well. When I am able to Riddle or stun him with startling twist (which is about 1 in 10 due to his crazy resistance -- grrrrr) his momentum buff continues to stack and does not reset.

And one time when I used Exploit Opening on him he just shrugged it off and I didn't even get the stun? What's up with that? (I'm pretty sure he didn't have stun immunity when I used the skill)

This basically makes the fight a dps race and forces melee to go toe to toe with him because if you don't his momentum buff will become too large to overcome.

The troll boss in Protectors of Thangulhad is a little different. You are meant to take him to spots indicated on the group to be hit by the balista to remove the momentum.
