Characters in my list that are not mine

Haven't been in my account in a while and I seem to have several characters there that have no experience since I haven't created them, or am I just misunderstanding the screen?

Can you elaborate a bit more (e.g., "I've never created a character named FooBarBaz") and/or provide a screenshot.

I have something sorta similar. The last week my characters aren't listed while another's are. So I can't really do anything at all with my.lotro

Can you provide more information: link to your player page, are all characters listed not yours, only character X is not mine, expecting to see character Y, etc.

I installed a copy of LOTRO at work for those late nights at the Data Center when I had to do Monthly Maintenance. A couple of months later I found a bunch of toons on my Account that were not mine. Turns out, my boss's young kids would hang out with him at work after-hours and out of boredom discovered my LOTRO installation, and with my boss's help were able to guess my password. They were at least considerate enough not to play my toons, and create ones of their own on a different Server...but it still scared me to no end and taught me to use different password conventions than what I use at work!

None of the 7 characters are mine, it appears to be one of each class each leveled to level 7 ironically, to perhaps test out the game. All of them are on the server silverlode, which I don't play on. I went there today with my account to see if someone was unknown to me playing on my account and went directly to creating a character.

I may have another character on another server from when I first started too but I'm not worried about them, my Landroval characters are what I would most like to ... actually see on my.lotro.

Like I said, its like when I log into it, either in game or via the web that I'm looking at an entirely different persons page, I see none of my characters and seemingly all of theirs.

well after many reports and not getting this resolved, I find this page and lo and behold others have the same problem. I feel better just knowing that. Okay my problem is when I sign on to my second subscription http://my.lotro.com/cimino/ I get one toon that does not belong to me. I have nine on that sub and all are on landroval. This worked for quite awhile but suddenly went to this guys page. I have consulted with support for over a month. I am late for an mri but I hope I have given the info you need to check into this. If not I will do what is needed when I return. Thanks in advance. Oh by the way my first sub has never had a problem..weird huh.

I seem to have an old level 10 champion "Chivalrous," along with a character i am currently leveling a 44 loremaster "chivalrous" also. Can you please remove, or at least update my toons to my account please. I wish to play lottery with him and cannot.
