The character isn't mine.

OK. so when I log into My.lotro.com, and try to go to my characters there is only one character there named "Minitany" a dwarf hunter on the Arkenstone server.
I have never made this character, but it shows up every time I log into my account no matter what computer I am on, or if I do it through the lorebook in-game. Is there any way to fix this? i sent this to the tech support about two weeks ago in an email but they never got back to me after the initial response.

Have you ever tried to log into Arkenstone to see if the character is there?

When you log into my.lotro.com and view your complete list of characters, is Minitany mixed in with characters you have created? Or is this the only character you are seeing, and your characters are not appearing at all?
