also Edenwaith(sp) is the map that is currently north of the area. Not Eregion. so in the left corner it shouldnt say Eregion

Yes this. Rohan would be like another Eriador almost. There are so many parts and places to it. Where Eriador has bree, Rohan would have Edoras to match it, where there is the north downs and evendim, Rohan would have the westfold and dunharrow and all kinds of possibilities. Yes indeed Rohan is that massive....i think thats why we haven't seen it yet, its just a massive massive undertaking.
I applaud the map-creator, even though it is fake. Great attempt, and was really nice to look at for ideas. But, I stand by what I have said, and think that Rohan will be more than one map.

I'm going to save this to my computer to see what the actual rohan map looks like.

Memory combined with the fact that I have the full volume (hardcover Red Book) sitting next to my monitor.
For those people nit-picking about Enedhwaith/Dunland. Dunland is actually a portion of Enedhwaith. Enedhwaith consists of all the land area south of Eregion between the rivers Greyflood and the Isen.

maybey it is a fake?? who knows maybey a early version personally i hope isengard and rohan come out in the same expansion i dont think you can have one without the other.anyway just looking at that map gets me pumped for the eventual release how cool is it goona be that map contains some of the biggest landmarks in tolkiens work.the grounds and pits of isengard, fangorn forest, rohan,AWSOME.
The main difference between these two and the OP's map is, the mountains take up way too much space in the OP. The land should be more open, the mountains coming down from the north are way too big.
That's what makes it look real, Turbine loooooooooooooooves extra mountains! Why make more than 3 square feet of land if you don't have to?

Hehe, the map was not a fake
Looks like someone took this map and turned it into a LOTRO map...DEFINITELY not a Turbine map, though.
