data.lotro.com Maintenance?

http://data.lotro.com has been down for a few days. I know there was a big Website switch, but it appears the other sites are up. Is there any time frame that we can expect for it to be back up, or has support for it being canceled?

I would like to know too. I am sure there are quite a few community kinship sites that depend on it for some of their kinship information pages.

LOTROHerald's character section has been unavailable since this vital service has been down.

Yeah, it's doing this for me too. I was really confused by it for a couple days until I found the site.

OK, it should be visible to the outside world once again. I'm seeing it on various external connections now, but let us know if you still have any issues.

Data is flowing now but it appears the database being used to provide the data flow is not being fully updated from the game servers.

We are seeing level and crafting advancements but we are not seeing new kinship members nor the removal of kinship members.

I suspect the character updates from servers are working, but it appears kinship updates are not...

Mentioned in another post somewhere, but we temporarily suspended the processes that are responsible for gathering that data when we launched f2p and the updated sites. Now that things have settled in, we restarted them slowly a few days ago. Will take them awhile to catch up, and we are monitoring their progress. Give it a few more days.
