When will our kinship page be fixed?!?

Ever since the forum "update", our kinship page (http://my.lotro.com/guild-866661453471641425) has shown an error. Updating existing posts or creating new ones has had no effect. I submitted a ticket several weeks ago and nothing has changed.



What will it take to get it fixed?

I am having the exact same issue. I would like to reset the kinship page and be able to edit it like I used to. Any ideas how to fix this? Not having a kinship page on mylotro is really hurting our advertising efforts.

Wow, you guys too? I have no idea how to fix this. It's up to Turbine, it seams.

Two of the largest kins on Arkenstone with broken MyLotRO pages.

It's like this with about 40% of kin and character pages. I've given up on myLotro--it's become pretty much useless since the "upgrade."

Apparently, it took a picture of Sayeed to bubble this up enough for me to see. Very busy lately... Fixed with the caveat that there is a known issue (was? must check to see if we rolled the fix out already) in the activity log on kinship pages. Certain events break the page; you don't get the 'page not found' message, but the page renders poorly.

Also, there has been a long running thread in this forum titled 'Kinship Disbanded error still persists' where I have actively been addressing broken kinship pages as they are posted. To the others in this thread, please post the link to your broken kinship page in that thread. I will address them as I see them.
