    The Thorin's Hall Goat mount will be fixed in an upcoming patch to the game, so don't fear -- it will be in working order soon.

    Furthermore, to those of you have been affected by purchasing this mount, I have sent you all a PM regarding our plan to reimburse you for your troubles. In short, we will be automatically issuing you a refund for the Goat mount in Turbine points. You will get this refund automatically, and no further action is required from you. Plus, as the goat will be fixed in a later patch, you'll still be able to use the goat in the depths of Moria in the future.

    We're very sorry for this inconvenience, and we hope that this is a suitable outcome for all of you who were affected.

    i mean seriously...you dont review your purchases before hitting submit?

    There are so many things that I want to call you right now, but that will just get me banned from the site.

    When you have to repeat the same steps over and over, do you pay that much attention? Especially if it is supposed to be impossible to purchase a Tome you already had?

    I'm not sure why you can't just buy Tome I-V in one purchase anyways. It's sloppy that you even have to do it one at a time.

    if it involves money...especially MY money...you're frakking right i pay attention.
    (and dont try the line that TP aint money...if i spend my hard earned USD to buy TP then anything i use that TP on is paid for with MY money)

    anyone who doesn't pay attention where their money is involved has no one to blame but themselves when things go badly.
