I won prizes on two out of four characters -- on more than one lottery, but neither of them got in game mail for any of the prizes.
And one character has a prize for a lottery that ends tomrrow... tomorrow?

I've noticed this too. Petition it, and see what they say about it. I would petition too, but I can't make heads or tails out of when and what I win by looking at my Lottery page, so I just log in and if something is in the mailbox, great... if not /meh.

As noted in other threads, this is an issue with repeating lotteries. if you win one then any future versions of that lottery will show up as having been 'won' as well even if they are in the future. The short version is, you didn't win the 'new' lottery, that's why you didn't get any items or mail.
