I can't get the summer festival invitation quest. When I click on the invitation, I get the message "Using that has no effect" and the quest does not appear in my list.

That means you completed the quest in a previous year's festival.

Yes, what you are experiencing is a known issue, and has been listed in our known issues list. If you have completed last year's festival invitation, you will not be able to complete it this year.

What if we have a character who hasn't completed the introductory quest in years past and still hasn't gotten this year's mail?
