My girlfriend tried to connect today and get a popup saying that she's banned. I just checked on our account and it state that she's ban until 2039. What strange is that she played sunday with no problem and then suddenly banned for no reason. Is there a way to know why she was ban or contact someone to know more about it?

Other than filing a help ticket I'm not really sure, but I would guess that it has to be a mistake of some sort because 2039 is a really, REALLY long time from now.
