Random subscription question xD

Just had a question on dropping my ViP sub.. I can't remember if I dropped it or not, but I want to take a month off so..

Next Billing Date: October 15, 2012
Next Billing Plan*: Game Card
* Takes effect on your Next Billing Date

^does that look like I'm still gonna be subbed on the 15th? I can't seem to find a "cancel subscription" button anywhere.. thanks all!

It looks to me like your subscription will terminate on the 15th October, after which to continue playing as a VIP you would have to pay more money, which according to the info you at some stage elected to do via a game time card. Therefore you are no longer in a recurring sub plan, which is why you cannot see a cancel subscription option.

I only know this because I forgot to update my credit card a few months ago after it expired. On my billing date, I had full access to VIP until around 9AM EST. I logged off to do some things, came back at around 2PM EST and was now Premium. Luckily I only needed to update my card.

Haha yeah I can't afford ViP + the expansion right now, gonna buy RoR! xD Besides, I only use ViP for the moors and if I hit R10 before RoR I can take a break and focus on the new content.

The info you provided indicates you have not yet cancelled. If you had cancelled it would say something like "Pending Cancellation" instead of a date in Next Billing Date block. You definitely want to cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date though. Once the transaction for renewal goes through the system it's done. Others have been caught cancelling too late to stop the charges like that.

Edit: Nevermind. My remarks are only of real use to credit card subscribers. I just noted you are using game cards so no automatic renewal and no real requirement to cancel ... just don't give them another card number. heh

Leave it set as game card and you will not be billed.

According to that your current 3 month plan expires and will renew on October 15th. You have set your payment method to Game Card which, if you didn't enter an actual Game Card, will mean your account drops down to Premium.
