Rallying Cry/Routing Cry buffs dont stack - WAI?

So I thought i would make an all out support/buff/dps build earlier today, thinking i would get all the dps buffs available in my build..

So I chose the red line, and put 28 points in Blue line to get RC dmg buff and also res and Gallant Display. Rest of the points went into the red line to get Routing cry attack speed buff, banner dmg buff, oathbreakers, Telling mark etc :-)

But to my suprise, Rallying cry dmg buff and Routing cry attack speed buff, does not stack. Is this WAI?

As far as I know, it's supposed to be possible to have both buffs at the same time.

Just so I understand this correctly, you're doing something like:

Defeat Event -> Rallying Cry
Next Defeat Event -> Routing Cry

But the result is that you're only getting the Penetrating Attacks buff from Routing Cry or the Rallying Roar (?) buff from Rallying Cry? Is the second Cry overwriting the buff from the first Cry, or is the buff from the second Cry not popping up while the buff from the first Cry is active?

Yep thats what i do, and the latter buff will overwrite the first one..
1. Get a defeat event, and use Rallying cry will get me the Rousing cry dmg buff
2. Get another defeat event and use Routing cry will get me the routing cry atk speed buff, but will remove the rallying cry buff

This build looked so good on paper! really hope its not wai

EDIT: Just tested if it was just a visual bug, but no, the buff you use first get completely overwritten by the other.

Noticed that too. If it isnt a bug, it really sucks, effectively saying that hybridspeccing isnt intended.

I would recommend you file a /bug about this, if you haven't already.

I have spec'd Red and gone far enough down Yellow so that Routing Cry gives an attack speed buff PLUS a stun when I throw it after a defeat event. That seems to be working.
