Thank you, Desolates. I sent an update to Jinjaah so they can see what's being duplicated. I don't have the capacity to record video on minstrel, let alone in the lag environment, to show what it is we're experiencing when skills are going on cooldown without effect without any follow up besides an induction.

Ransroth made no mention of the effect of double tapping the skill so I'm assuming right now that's not working as intended either.
