[Racial Questing] Region appropriate Racial Quests

With us coming to within sight of the Sea in future updates there is a major lore aspect that can be exploited. That is a piece of lore from the 1st Age itself. At one point early in the 1st Age the Elves found themselves with a call or compulsion to head west. Most say it is a call of the Sea/Valinor.

So will we see any quests that address this? One line of thinking would be to have it be like the Epic Interlude Quests. The quest could exist for all to take part in and the text would change based upon if your race is the one targeted by that specific quest.

Similar quests for other races are harder to come up with other than things like dwarves loving the Glittering Caves. Men feeling the corruption of the ring. Hobbits could have a moment where they are longing for the quiet and simple life of the Shire.

In todays TTHTI +Rowan mentioned this would be a good thing to bring up with +MoL for possible use within the Epic.

Men have already seen the fallen seat of the North kingdom. Soon we'll be getting close to the seat of the South kingdom long held in stewardship. I know that this is the piece of lore my Guardian is most looking forward to in the not so far future.

With Update 14 now is beta and U15 in development we are seeing a lot of the Sea so I thought it should be brought up again that some form of acknowledgement for the call of the sea should be addressed for the elves.

I saw in another thread that someone suggested maybe creating a buff to acknowledge this. If a buff is a good way to deal with this then it might also be a good idea to put similar buffs in Moria for Dwarves and Annuminas/Fornost for Men.
