Downtime notes?

I have looked on the official thread and it is old U13 notes !
We were and always are told downtime notes will be provided, can anyone tell me if they have because I can't find them

The notes are usually added at *some point* during the downtime. For now you could look over the test notes, as they are likely to be largely the same(with the usual Bullroarer caveat).

They say the patch notes will be available during the downtime, and they will be. They don't give a specific time, so what's the problem?

I agree that this practice of not providing what you say you will, when you say you will, is not new to this company. They do give a time frame " Patch notes will be available during the downtime.". It is currently down time, and no patch notes. They have known that this patch was going to be done today at least sense Friday. It is reasonable to expect them to have notes on what they are doing, and that they will have them available when they said they would be.

Last I checked, the server was still down. Their downtime notice estimated it may be down until noon my time. That's about 3 hours from now. That's 3 hours left to post patch notes. "During" means sometime between 7 AM EST and 12 PM EST. They could post them at 7:01 AM EST or at 11:59 AM EST, and it would still be during and it would still be honoring their statement. It boggles my mind every time I see a statement like yours. People take a statement, twist it around, ignore the facts that don't meet their approval, and then fly off the handle. *facepalm*

Really, calm down, stop calling people liars, and have some breakfast. Seriously, it's 6 AM your time. You got outta bed this early to panic about the patch notes not being up?

Epic isen quest's ,, glad to see that on the list , GM had to port me to morflak (what ever his name was) ironically 3 chapters later i couldn't see the key-master , thats where i logged out, them patch notes you linked say there fixing that too ,,,, "hope they are actual update today" , soon as i login i guess il see if they fixed it or not lol......

Do you know the meaning of the word "during"? It doesn't mean at the beginning, it doesn't mean at the end, it means that at some point DURING the update, patch notes will be made available.

Now that the notes are up, and the game worlds are too (Sorry guys I know we promised a noon opening and we've failed to deliver and have instead opened at 9:50AM, more than 2 hours ahead of the promised time), this thread no longer serves a purpose.
