What is your level?
It's possible that your level is too low to redeem the item. Lotro store only shows what you can buy at your current level. Try typing the item in the search bar but if you get nothing then you are too low. Sorry.

Are you logged in to one of your characters? Some items will not appear if you click the store link on the login screen, only if you go to the store while logged in.

there is a minimum level requirement of level 5.
