    Being haunted by this message. Gave me some trouble a few months ago. Been a VIP for several years now and there are no problems with that. However, when I try to buy regular TP it just tells me "There was an error processing your request. Please wait a few minutes before attempting this purchase again."

    Tried changing the credit card, but it won't accept the name so I wonder if this is a problem which is fixable or not.

    Norwegian player here/European.

    PS: I've bought tp multiple times several years ago so this happened suddenly.

    You need to put in an email ticket to Turbine Account Support (3-5 working days for turn around). Or call Turbine on the telephone which might not be feasible. You will have to decide what kind of support you want:

    1) Ask them to force the transaction on their end using your current payment method.'

    2) Ask Turbine to change your payment method on their end. Followed by Turbine forcing the transaction on their end using your new payment method.

    What about if Turbine already took the money out of your bank account, yet the points aren't there? I used my card for me and my best friend to get points in-game, and we both got the message. I then tried again on my account and I still got the same message. I looked at my bank account, and it had taken out all three amounts already....

    I had this issue yesterday at 8pm GMT. I sent a ticket and I received a reply stating that this was an error they were looking into and fixing. I am not sure if I will see my points appear. I also checked my purchase history and it had shown no record of the transaction even though on my bank account the money was taken. Never had this problem in game before, a little concerning..

    This is a common problem, both on LIVE and moreso on Bullroarer

    Once you get this message, DO NOT attempt another purchase.
    This will, as has been stated, take another payment from your account

    Instead, all you need do is close the store, log out of game and then log back in
    The item you have purchased will then appear in your bags

    The current problem with the store is unknown
    We are getting our TP from deeds and such, but they are not registering in the store

    Same problem for me. I was charged 2 days ago and still no points. I have submitted a ticket and have had no reply on that as well.

    I thought they brought the store down to fix it? I'm assuming the only fix you're going to get is to call your bank and have them back the transaction out for goods not received.

    Nothing fixed. The concept of getting my money back either? I doubt that. Very worrying. I would love to know when I will receive the points I had paid for. The system didnt fail to take my money but failed to deliver what I bought and still no constructive updates as of yet.

    Turbine has resorted to theft

    I had the amount of $19.99 charged to my card 3 times and have not received any TP or a response for any tickets I have submitted. I guess Turbine is so hard up for money they are now robbing their players. It is truly sad that it has come to this

    Calling is the best way if you need a fast response. If you submit a ticket remember that there are X number of tickets ahead of yours. Also they don't work on the weekends.
    If you give away gold bars, someone will complain they're too heavy.

    I called yesterday, for another issue, and was told that, in regards to this problem they are issuing refunds to everyone that was affected by this problem. From what I was told the refunds were issued yesterday afternoon - so you should get the money back within a couple days, depending on how long your bank/credit card company takes to process refunds. I would suggest that if you haven't received your money by mid to end of next week call and see what the hold up is.

    Thank you ever so much for this. I do wish turbine could have told all people concerned together themselves, but at least this will hopefully be the last time

    Yup. Still getting it......That'd be ..... about $200 I've saved so far not buying points BECAUSE I CAN'T over the last month......

    Something similar happened to me a few years ago because I hadn't made sure my address for the credit card was updated. Likely that isn't the issue except for maybe a very few people, but be sure to check it, just in case there is something odd about it.
