To put this thread back on topic, we are shooting for the end of April-ish for Update 16. We had scheduled it to be completed sooner, but thanks to the Snowpocalypse that was the month of February here, we pushed out the timeline a bit to ensure the team has enough time to get everything done they need to.

There may also be a smaller update before that as well, depending on a few things. More information will be passed along as we nail down the details.

There must be so many details that it can't be fathomed about how many details.

From what I saw in the news, I think the reason for the delay is very valid.

I'm referring to integer updates, not the Update X.Y where Turbine is basically patching stuff that borked during the integer updates.

Last year it was planned to have four - as you call it - integer updates. In the end we had 3, maybe because of the change of the Executive Producer. We had U13(Fangorn), U14(West-Gondor) and U15(East-Gondor). IIRC there are 2 Updates planned for this year. Osgiliath and Upper-Lebennin or what the region will be in East-Gondor/U16 in April/begin of May and Minas Tirith/U17 in October-ish/autumn. I also think that the Battle on the Pelennor will be a separate Update following Minas Tirith as U18, as far as I remember this from the HtoI/SHIELD runs and Q/As.

I suggest one thing to fix is the pathetic Beorning mounted combat. It's ridiculous - far worse than the previous red-headed stepchild, guardian - and means that getting a warsteed for bears is utterly pointless.

My preference would be for actual dates please.
e.g.
April 7 Minor update
April 28 Update 16.

While not ideal, end of April-ish is extremely better than all that soon, incredi-soon blah blah soon nonsense.
