Question: Items Bought From the store

I have finally got all the characters (toons?) where I want them, but I was thinking of making a change to one. being only level 8 its easy to restart and quickly find my way back there (I've only done it 30+ times in my exploration of classes and races) but for this particular one I broke out some cash and bought a riding skill/horse

is it possible to switch riding skills/horse over to a new character?

It is not possible. A couple of the options for riding skills/mounts in the store are account-wide. Those would apply to all your characters (including future ones) and thus not be in need of transferring.
The rest are for one character only and cannot be transferred.

I hope you did not actually buy the horse from the store - the horses available there tend to be quite expensive, and there are basic horses available in-game for in-game gold. Only reason to buy one of the store horses is if you really, really like the look of it and know that you will keep using it for a long time.

I broke down and bought a pony for my dwarf because the distances in Thorin Hall are so BIG I got tired of seeing is little butt running for place to place. In early exploration I noted you had to be Level 16 or so to by a horse at the stables.
