    Issue with interface

    I understand I am off-topic here. Where the &$##*%^%$$^% do I go to change my billing info. My accounts just gets me to a nickname page.

    Thank you Tear. Sure. I can get there. I can log in. But There seems to be no page I can change my billing on.

    I'm Lifer so not to sure but just got this from the knowledge base

    How do I update my payment information?

    To update your payment information (such as adding/editing credit card or PayPal information)

    From within the game, open the store
    Right-click on your username at the top right of the store and select “My Payment Accounts"

    Follow the steps for adding your new payment method,

    Since I cannot get into the game at the moment, I still have an issue. Perhaps I may encounter you in-game someday.

    launch the game open the in game store at top right corner is you user name with a drop down menu choose My Payment Accounts I believe that is what you are looking for. good hunitng

    I'm going to be forced to contact my credit card company unfortunately. It seems there are no options to change billing unless you log in to the game. If tech issues don't allow that, then one has a problem.

    I apologize is this is a repeat of what you've already found, but there appears to be a way to submit an account-related support ticket without logging in at the Submit a Ticket page.

    Helmount, definitely submit that ticket to us for your billing issue. If you want to cancel your subscription, we are more than happy to sort that out for you. Rampage522 already posted the link, but you can also find it in my signature.

    Turbine moved all account purchase options into the in-game store last month. It is no longer possible to update information at myaccount.turbine.com.

    If you can't log into the game you can also call Turbine support on the phone - unless Support has changed its hours recently:

    Turbine Support: 1-855-WBGAMES (1-855-924-2637) or 1-781-407-4020 (support.turbine.com).
    English Account/Store Support is available from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Thursday and 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Friday. (GMT -5). 855-WBGAMES (855-924-2637)
