I hope when you say "improvements", what you mean is improvements to the game (by making classes more equal and nerfing burglars), not the burglar class. Burglars need a significant reduction to their overall potency in order to be on the same level as every other class.
On a different note, any particular reason that BR wasn't up during the weekend? Seems odd, considering it usually is.

It was a very weak class at Mordor begin, then it was overpowered with +125 tactical damage runes, now it's nerf again, maybe you can do a clever nerf / up and try your own game yourself before applying random change ?
On current Bullrorarer update even a lore master does better damage, was it intended ? In raid, RK is damage class and lore master is debuff class, just saying.... because with this patch RK is dead, you're not nerfing it you're ###### it, like Georges Lucas with Indiana Jones.
Every RK will have to reroll or leave the game, is it your goal ? Oh maybe you want every RK buy an Aria of Valar ? Because this is what will happen if you keep those changes.
I don't want to create another level 115 character with 2 new legendaries items and 500 new stupid scroll of empowerment to farm, I'm tired, so maybe it's time to leave the game and wait you revive the RK in next months as usual...

False. RK was preferred single target DPS at 105 cap along with hunter post-U19. Fire RK has been overpowered for a long, long time.
You say that you have mained an RK in a T2C raiding kin for 8 years, and you overlooked this reality? I find that hard to believe.
In all fairness they haven't actually started on RK work yet, instead they just went and normalised how much the tactical damage rating relics contribute to tactical DPS. Sucks that such a nerf had to come before the rework but it makes a lot of sense that it happened.
